SENIOR and SYMMS (Jul 09 Green)
I am looking for details of Susannah SENIOR of Stalbridge. I have two records of baptism - 10 June 1783 and 15 April 1792 for her both showing the same parents (Robert SENIOR and Susannah SYMMS). It is possible that the first Susannah died and the second was named after her. Can anyone confirm this please.

I have a huge research file on the Harris family in Stalbridge, the Caundles and vicinity, with over 400 names dating from 1561 to 1899, with birthdates, parentage and spouses.

Thomas Eavis (Jun 07 Green)
According to the Parish Registry Book for Stalbridge May 1847 Thomas Eavis applied for a grant to enable him and his family to emigrate to Australia. Does anyone have access to later Parish books to know if the grant was made. Also any details of his family.

Bugg family (Mar 06 Red)
I am researching the ancestors and descendants of John Bugg and Sarah (nee Mottley)Bugg. They married in Stalbridge in 1779 and one of their sons, Anthony is my great, great, great, grandfather. I would be interested to know about where they may have farmed and where they were born. Anthony married Caroline Lacey and they are buried at Stalbridge.

LEMON family of Stalbridge (Mar 05 Red)
Harry Lemon was baptised in 1736 and his parents were George and Mary. I have not found their baptisms. Anyone else interested in Lemon surname?
