James ALBOROUGH and family. James moved to Cornwall from Norfolk and was a gardener at Trevarno, Tregoose and Russells Hill. His son Aldred was a gardener at Trevarno.

Does anyone have any connections with NICHOLAS BOND who was a blacksmith at Tregathenan around 1871 ? I would like to know a bit about Tregathenan. I know it was basically a farm, and is now holiday lets. Has anyone done any research please?

Trying to confirm family tree in Sithney - John Pascoe of Sithney b. 1840 married Elizabeth Ann Williams b. 1847 Breage in 1869. John's parents I believe were Francis Pascoe of Churchtown Sithney and Mary, surname unknown. I'd love to find more!

Researching the following members of the Trewin family, children of John & Elizabeth all born in the Sithney/Helston area. Edward (DOB 1850),Richard (DOB 1852),Sarah (DOB 1857),Mary (DOB 1859), Elizabeth (DOB 1864),Peter (DOB 1866), Thomas (DOB 1869), William (DOB 1870), Laura (DOB 1873) and Annie (DOB1876). Peter married Mary Ann Pascoe in 1895 in the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Helston. I would be most grateful for any info.

We have Thos Hodge b 1829 (F John Hodge M elizabeth Wallis) m Jane Edyvean and an Thos Hodge b 1832 abt (F Edward Hodge M elizabeth ?)m Sarah Edyvean Both res Treloweth St Erth 1851 census....Both came to Aust Thos (1) subsequently m Ellen Sophia Bidwell 1886 in Aust Wondering could Edward & John be brothers...if so who were the parents etc?

Samuel Waters married Susanna Hodge in Sithney in 1827. They had 8 children (most baptised in Sithney) - Samuel the eldest migrated to Wisconsin USA where he married another Cornish immigrant- Frances TREGONING. Frances was the daughter of Bernard TREGONING and his wife Frances TREMAYNE UREN. Samuel and Frances had 3 children and made their ways separately to Victoria Australia where they both remarried. Love to hear of any connections to any of these families.

William PASCOE bc1727 to Francis & Phillipa PASCOE, married 08 May 1755 at Sithney to Ann JAMES. Their son Francis PASCOE was b 1771 Sithney, and marr @ Helston 18 Dec 1814 to Mary ALLEN (b1783 Helston). They had daughter Mary Ann PASCOE who married 03 Aug 1842 Dist Helston, par Sithney to John HOCKING, and this couple emigrated to Australia
