I am seeking information about my great-great-great grandfather William Gill, who was born in Rotherhithe about 1781. He married Charlotte Hall of Ipswich on 3rd February 1809, and they had at least 5 children; William (c1813); Henry Harrison my g-g grandfather (1814-1889) both born in Bury St Edmunds; Charlotte (1821); Robert (1821) and Sarah (1826) born in ipswich. Elizabeth Green/William Walter Green (Rotherhithe)
I'm looking for information on Elizabeth Green and her father William Walter Green. Elizabeth was born in Rotherhithe about 1828. On 4 June 1855 she married James Barker at the Parish Church of St Olave, Southwark. James came from West Dereham, Norfolk and the couple moved back there to live. William Walter Green is described as a mariner on the marriage certificate, but that's all I know about him. I can't find him or Elizabeth in the 1841 or 1851 censuses. Although James and Elizabeth stayed in West Dereham, their daughter Agnes married Benjamin Hadad Humphreys from Rotherhithe and moved there to live.

Has anyone researched the George and Emma WHITE family? I am looking for age or birth dates of George WHITE (a shipbuilder) and his wife Emma WHITE and when they got married. They had a daughter, Charlotte WHITE born 16 March 1835 and christened 9 July 1840 St Mary, Rotherhithe, London, England. Charlotte's birth record may shed light here. Oliver Good STARKEY
I am attempting to track the movements/fate of Oliver, my great grandmother's brother. He was born at Rotherhite on 22 Nov 1863. His father, Joseph, died prematurely in 1868. In 1871 Oliver appears to be living with his grandparents, Susanna and Robert GOOD at Carshalton, Surrey, and in 1881 with his cousin and her husband, Mary and Henry CHIPPING, at Poplar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
