Johnson EVANS was my 4xGGrandfather. I have found a Johnson bapt. at Nantglyn on 24 Nov. 1743. This date is in the right period for this Johnson to be mine. Is anyone out there able to consult the Parish Registers of St. James, Nantglyn? Any information will be gratefully received. Neville |
Jennie Griffiths
looking for information on a relative who died either late 1926 and definitely before 20th May 1927 in or around Nantglyn, First name was Jennie, think she was in her late teens early twenties. There was a story about her in the local Nantglyn paper following her funeral. She was a witness at my great aunt's wedding in 1921 , Elizabeth Griffiths married Thomas Davies on 26th November 1921. at this time her surname was Griffiths |
