Greens and Savages - MKV (Dec 08 Red)
I am looking for the ancestors and descendents of William Green, tailor of Milton Keynes Village and his wife, Jane Savage. I am particularly interested in contacting descendents of George Caleb, Catherine and Levi who left the village when their father died in 1865. I would also be pleased to receive any information concerning William's tailoring apprenticeship, possibly with a Mr Dockeray.

William Green and Jane Savage (Mar 05 Red)
William and Jane married Aug. 8th 1834 in Milton Keynes. I have little information about Jane and two possible ancestor trees for William with birth dates ranging from 1801 to 1812. This is a result of finding two detailed trees referring to William and Jane but giving different siblings and parents. Can anyone help with more definite information? I have decendant information to the present day - happy to share!

From The Century Cyclopedia of Names 1895 Atterbury Francis Atterbury born at Milton Bucks 6th March 1662 and died at Paris 15th February 1732. A noted English divine, politician and controversialist. He was appointed Bishop of Rochester and Dean ofWestminster in 1713, and banished as a Jacobite in 1723.
