Traced my family back thus far Henry and Hannah WADE, parents of Richard b1791, George b1793, Anna b1795 George went to live in Hereford and married Margaret Ball (parents Joseph and Mary Mathias). Their son, Joseph Henry (b1828 Lugwardine) married Hannah Atkinson (b1823 Bishopsthorpe; parents Thomas and Hannah...who later remarried a Jackson in Yorkshire)...no idea how Joseph and Hannah met, so far from Yorkshire. Anyone help with this lot?

My great aunt Elizabeth jane porter married charles britton Nov 24th 1891 in the parish church middlton tyas ,YK. Her father was John Porter, Farmer and his was John Robert Britton Accountant .Has anyone any further information on this couple.

my gt grandmother Dorothy Ianson married William Lee in 1871 in Middleton Tyas. Had 3 children, Robert Henry, Eliza Jane and John all born in Hartlepool. Any info on the Ianson family please.

My Great Great Great Grandfather was born in Middleton Tyas in 1772. He was Benjamin POUNDER and his parents John & Elizabeth POUNDER. So far I have not found anything about his parents i.e. they do not seem to have been married or buried in Middleton Tyas. He had siblings Thomas POUNDER 1770 Elizabeth POUNDER 1774 Joseph POUNDER 1777 Jane POUNDER 1780 Anne POUNDER 1782 Isabel POUNDER 1785 There are Pounders in that general area around the same time but I have not found any connection yet.

Rev Henry Borton and Ann Bonner (Feb 06 Green)
Looking for information on the Borton family. Henry was curate of Middleton Tyas Church from aprox 1849 until 1857. He and his first wife Annie had a daughter Marie Louisa christened at the church in 1851. Annie died in 1852 and Henry married Ann Bonner of Scorton in 1854. They had a son Thomas Bonner Borton born in 1855. In 1857 he moved to Ovington in Northumberland and became Curate there. Anyone with any information on the family please get in touch
