red mail Webb Family - London (Sep 08 Red)
Does anyone know how to trace a persons birth if he does not show up on the 1901 census, but his parents do? Albert Webb was born 14 May 1894, London, England. There is no record of his birth or census record. I have hit a brick wall? Suggestions? His parents are Joseph Albert Webb and Caroline Webb (Watts) Lyn Autralia

red mail nicholson (Feb 07 Red)
Desperate for information on Nicholson relatives. My great grandfathers name was George Colville Nicholson, my grandfather had the same name, as did my father. My great grandfather immigrated to the U.S. in the mid to late 1800's. He paid his kings tax until he died. The reason he left England, was because he was the 2nd. son, and had to make his own way in the world. Apparently, his older brother passed away in England without any heirs. Any information would be met with cheers and tears, as I long to know the history of my family. Thank you.
