I have found a record of Robert Henman, christened 18 nov 1794 in Lidlington. I am trying to find out if he left for the Cape of good hope with the 1820 settlers and which branch of Henman's he belonged to. My grandfather many times removed,left for South africa with his wife Mary Ann and two children aboard the "Ocean" which sailed from Gravesend 13 dec 1819 bound for the Colony. any info would be appreciated.
