red mail MARY & SAMUEL GILES 1720 Kintbury farmers (Jun 09 Red)
Mary Giles b 1725 - 4 June 1795 and Samuel Giles 1720- 24 May 1787 are buried at Kintbury Where would they be buried and is it likely the tombstones would be standing? They farmed in the area. Would anyone have information on the lifestyles of the area in those days. 1720-1790's. Obviously their children had access to education as Samuel Giles b 1845 became the Parish recorder and school master at Walton onThames. I would be interested to know Mary's maiden name. Mary and Samuel had 9 children,it would be interesting to know if name Giles appears in the local phone directory. Christina in Australia.
