Hello Looking for information on Frederick SMITH, son of James and Ann, born in Kidderminster in 1838. His grandfather's name was also James SMITH. He married Eliza Hassell in 1865 and had several children. He was a tailor by trade. Any family information on the elder James or Ann, maiden name unk., also greatly appreciated. I am looking for Florence E Barber who may have married William Simpson in 1933. Was he the brother of English Wimbledon champ Alice Pickering (nee Simpson). Relatives believe Florence spoke about a tennis champ SP ? England ? and I'm trying to piece it together. I believe Florence marries (David) Alexander Bruce-Smith in 1957 before returning to Australia.
Caroline Evans Barlow and Jane Evans Preece
Hello Looking for information on Caroline, born 1845 in Kidderminster to George and Jane EVANS. She had a sister, Henrietta, born in 1860 in Kidderminster who died unmarried in the Kidderminster Workhouse on 19 Oct 1898 to whom she left her worldly goods of 11 pounds. Caroline was married to a George BARLOW, birthplace/date unknown, in January 1876 in Kidderminster. Also, information on Jane, another sister, who married a Richard PREECE around 1873. They are listed in the 1881 census as living at a Clensmore Street address in Kidderminster. Unfortunately, Workhouse records are missing for 1885-1894. Any assistance greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am looking for info on Henry George Evans, birthdate 1 June 1861 in Kidderminster. He may have been christened at St. George's Church on August 30, 1861. His mother on that record was listed as Mary Ann Evans, no father's name given. Henry was married at St. Mary's Church on 11 September 1882 to Annie Maria Betts of Stone next Dartford, Kent. Yes helping a friend try and find her father's family in England. Her Fathers name was Don Baker. He had a Identical twin brother named Lenard Baker, and two sisters named Helda ( sorry not sure of the spelling) Baker, Audrey Baker. Don passed away in the United States around 1988 or 89. He had a daughter born in the United States who is trying to find some of his family. To connect with them.. Last she heard that Lenard was in Kidderminster area. She knows of 2 cousins named Anthony and Darren. If anyone knows anyone of these people please contact us. His daughter wants to connect with them ASAP. His father was a Charles Perry but was deceased when Gordon got married in Cheltenham in 1937.
