green mail TAYLOR / POLLARD / KING (Revised Dec 08 Green)
Trying to trace the TAYLOR family from mid 1700's back. Henry TAYLOR married Elizabeth POLLARD 11 Oct 1760 in Kempston. They had 7 children (including 2 sets of twins, the first of whom died as babies). Children were William and Samuel born and died 1761, Samuel b 1762, Mary b 1764, Elizabeth b 1766, Anne and John b 1771. There is a record of a Henry TAYLOR marrying Sarah KING in Kempston in 1741 but there do not appear to be any baptism records for their children. Was this Henry one of them? There are also later marriages of a King TAYLOR in Kempston, making me wonder if they are all related. Again, I have not been able to find any baptism records for that family as yet. I have also not been able to find any details on the family of Elizabeth POLLARD. Any help anyone can give would be appreciated. Thanks. Lis
