green mail Wilkinson, Stansfield, Abbey (Sep 08 Green)
I am looking for information on Ann Wilkinson born in Holbeck c1831. She married Jonathan Stansfield in 1850 probably in either Bradford or Leeds. They had 6 children named William, Mary Jane, Fanny, Henry, Samuel and Sarah Anne. She was widowed in 1865 and married Jesse Abbey in 1866 who was a widower with children. They lived in Hunslet. They had a daughter Frances Amelia but before she was born Jesse died. Ann had another daughter 3 years later called Annie Elizabeth. On the 1891 census she is shown as Ann Newby married to George Newby but I am not sure they were actually married. I haven't been able to find a marriage record. If you have any information I would be pleased to hear from you.
