Interested in family living at Stawell, Somerset John Periam married Mary Meaker 1794 at Moorlinch Parish Church. Would love to know where John was born to further research. Mary Meaker born Stawell but cannot find birthplace of John. Also would like to know John's date of death prior to 1841 Census. Would think he was buried at Stawell, Somerset.

James Davey(b. 1840)was living in Chilton Polden in early 1880s. His son, Ernest, was tutoring the vicar's children at St Edwards vicarage: the Lucas children. James was m. 3 times and had 7 children: Emma(b.1861), Alice(b.1863), Carolina(b. 1864), Ernest(b. 1865), Annie(b. 1867); Ada(b. 1876) and Arthur(b. 1878).James was variously an innkeeper and gardener.He did apparently own an inn called the "Gardeners Arms".Would this have been in Chilton Polden or Taunton? Would be interested to hear from anyone researching this family/ knows anything about the "Gardeners Arms".

About 1910 Annie Everitt moved to High Ham as she worked for the new vicar who had come from the Birmingham area. I would be intrested in learning about that Vicar. Later in 1912 Annie married Ernest Richards and had 6 chidren: Edith, George Ernest, Vera Mary, Leslie Harry, Leslie and Phyllis Mary. Can you please help with any details on the family.

Samuel Harding born 1847 Stawell, last heard of 1871 Census working as Timber Hewer at Nags Head Taunton. Can find no trace of him since. Anyone with any knowledge as to what happened to him? Any info. would be very welcome.
