Can anyone help us find Emma Eliza Harris and her children?
Her husband William Maynard died in 1900, but in the 1901 census they dont seem to exist! We know she remarried in 1904 to a John Crozier in Croydon, but other than that we know nothing.
Pleas can someone help us.
Regards Suzanne and Louise

George Stratton
(Oct 04 Green)
George Stratton of Madras and Tew Park, Born Madras, 12th December 1733. Died Great Tew, Oxon, 20th March 1800. Buried Great Tew, "in woollen only", 28th March 1800. He has a commemorative memorial on the wall of the church (north side of nave). Proactive exponent of regime change and thereby Governor of Madras 1776. He seems to have been one of those Englishmen who became seriously rich in India. Married Madras 17th January 1768 Hester Eleanora Light (born ca. 1748, died Broadwell, Glos., February 1834). I am keen to share information on his forebears (some of whom may have come from the Somerset in England) and descendants (many of whom remained in Oxfordshire and adjacent English counties for several generations, though I know already also of a branch of descendants in New Zealand).
