Robert Railton Fitzgerald, a Sub Postmaster?
(Oct 09
Green)
South Molton
I now have the death certificate for my great uncle, Robert Railton Fitzgerald, and it shows that he died in 1959. It also shows his address as Primrose Cottage, South Molton but does not mention his wife and children, so I still dont know what happened to them. It appears he was a Sub Postmaster, which is new to me, so can anybody please provide me with details of where he was postmaster.

Thorne family
(Oct 09
Red)
South Molton
I have traced my family back to Molton after many years of searching. It would appear that my grandmother was illegitimate and not born Parry but Thorne. Her mother Jane Thorne went from Molton to Pontypridd or near and married Robert Owen Parry. Jane Thornes Mother Elizabeth and two sons of Elizabeth Thorne later followed to go and live with Jane and Robert. I have managed to trace the family back to abt 1792 and forward to 1936. Any info prior to 1792 would be grateful or after 1936 up til 1974. If you are a part of this family or think that you maybe please email me. I have been doing this for years no and these are the blnaks that I can not fill in
