red mail Harris/Jennings/Rixon/Neal/e Families of Faringdon (Dec 08 Red)
I would love to hear from anyone regarding these families. Ellen Jennings Harris married George Neal December 1880. Ellen seems to have been born before her mother, Martha Jennings/Jennens/Jenance, married Henry Harris in the September quarter of 1860. Henry's parents were probably Philip and Mary Harris, and Martha's parents were possibly Henry and Charlotte. Ellen died at the age of 26 in November 1885 at Hatford, Berkshire. George's second wife was Annie Philadelphia Rixon, daughter of Charles Rixon and Jane Davis.

Information sort re the families or births of RICHARD TURNER bc.1823 & ELIZABETH BOWLES bc1824. They married some time in 1861 in Faringdon, Berkshire. Elizabeth was widowed after death of husband Henry and married Richard with 3 children from her first marriage; John BOWLES c.1850, Julia BOWLES c.1852 & Henry BOWLES c.1854. Any info appreciated.

red mail Mills (Jul 06 Red)
Trying to trace back my grandfathers family tree for him. So far back to John Mills born about 1803 in Faringdon. Married to Rachael from Shilingford but I cant find a marriage for them so I dont know her surname. They had at least 7 children one of whom was William born 1837 in Castle Eaton. He is my great, great, great, grandfather. He married Eliza Privett who already had a daughter Susannah from either a previous marriage or illegitimately. I cant find a birth or marriage for either of them but I do have an old family photo album that was given to Susannah by her brothers in 1893, she had changed her name to Mills by then. Any contacts or info would be brilliant. Thanks Debbie x
