Webb (May 07 Green)
I am looking for any information on Thomas Webb, born in Eltisley about 1812.He is on the 1851,1861, 1871 and 1881 Census, married to Jemima. He had a small farm and was a miller. His daughter Elizabeth Esther Webb was my great grandmother. Any help to find his parents, etc would be most welcome.

Creamer family (Sep 05 Red)
I am trying to find the Creamers who lived in Eltisley around 1750 to 1810 to sort out who was the father of my James Creamer born around 1778 and who married Sarah Cade in 1801 James and Sarah moved to the Offords later.

CHAPMAN Edward 1809 - ??? (Dec 04 Red)
Edward Chapman born Eltisely 1809 but at marriage of Gravely married Elizabeth Marratt of Gravely in 1834, and they baptised a single child John in Eltisely in 1835. Elizabeth died only one year later aged 21, after which Edward has disappeared without trace. Interested to hear from anyone who has come across him

CHAPMAN William (1752-1816) (Dec 04 Red)
William Chapman from Croydon-cum-Clapton married Ann ELLWOOD in Eltisely in 1797 and they baptised 6 children here including in 1809 my ancestor Edward. William died here in 1816 and his widow later remarried. Interested in hearing from any descendants or connections.

The Big House (8/02-10/03 Red)
Anyone help with this. Was there a large house back in the early 1900's known to the locals of Eltisley as the big house. Any one know of a family back then by the name of Sewell.

John Rosin,born 1806. Married Eliza from Upton. Any references to Rosin/en in this area.
