Looking for information about my ggrandfather Peter, born about 1826, and my gggrandfather William, born about 1781 and who was the miller at Bolton mill in 1841 census. William's wife was Mary. Any information about the family or area greatfully received.

LEARCHILD SKELLY (Jun 06 Red)
Matthew SKELLY (born 1643 Edlingham, died 1681) married Kathren LEARCHILD. They had one son Thomas SKELLY ( B. 1659 Edlingham) before Matthew remarried to Margaret FERGUSON on 26 May 1668. I would be appreciative of any information anyone may have regarding the SKELLY or LEARCHILD families. I am particularly interested in the name LEARCHILD. I understand it may refer to the village of Edlingham. I have been unable to uncover other Learchilds in my web search.
