Thorntons of East Ferry, Lincs (Apr 06 Red)
Am tracing the Thorntons of East Ferry, who lived there for many generations. Richard Thornton 1772, Thomas Thornton 1800, Elizabeth Thornton 1835 and James Thornton 1855. James was my great x 2 grandfather. I have photos of the church where some were married/baptised etc to share.

anybody know of any Speeds in the area? I'm looking for John Speed, b. 1838 who married Eliza Smith from Humbleton. His father was William Speed.
