Researching family tree info for my brother-in-law who was adopted as a baby (October 1960). Father's name has been left blank on the birth certificate - but, allegedly, he was an agricultural student. As the birth mother lived in Dagenham at the time, I wonder if anyone could tell me if such a college was in the vicinity in 1960? Thanks

looking desperately for the parents of Joseph Bennett (my GG G/f). Joseph was born c1796 and was an agricultural laborer, he married MARY MILLER in Dagenham Parish Church 16.4.1822. Joseph and Mary had 3 children all born in Barking Essex Cannot find any reference to his parents, can anyone help or point me in right direction.
