Information on the family 'Crouch' Looking for the mothers name of Annie and James crouch( served in the raf) who married a man called HERBERT CROUCH (died at a young age serving in the 1st world war) She later went onto re-marrying a man Mr Abberthall. also if anyone has anymore information based on this family i would be greatful for your help.

Scott family Croydon (Sep 09 Green)
We have a great mystery surrounding an Arthur Henry Scott, who says he was born in Croydon around 1866 and who had a father called Henry. There is also the possibility that he was born in 1859. He also said he was in the army/Boer War, and later called himself Captain Scott - he also said he was related to Robert Falcon Scott of Devon - and finally the Antarctic. But who knows? So if anyone has information about Henry Scott of Croydon or Arthur Scott of Croydon we'd be very grateful to hear from you. Thanks.

Looking for relations of Frederick Bramley b.c1841 and his wife Mary Ann b.c1851 In 1901 they lived at 5 Sidney Road near Percy Rd in Croydon. Fred and Mary had children George (and his wife Mary M) Henry J, Rosie May b.1894 and Daisy J. It is Rosie May that I am looking for (relatives of) as she married a Charles Bridgeland Smith in about April 1916. Charles was from St lukes Parish and Rosie from St Marks South Norwood. We believe Charles and Rosie had a child and I would like to find that child (or relatives of) Charles and Rosie parted but we believe they could not divorce. Annie Heys (Aug 09 Green)
Annie Heys was born to Alice Ann Heys at Croydon workhouse on 17th September 1913. Twentyone year old Alice Ann had been in service at Whitworth Road. She was originally from East London but her only family at the time were her widowed stepmother Emma Heys, who was a private nurse in Mitcham, and her brothers, Richard and Thomas Heys were in Scotland having joined the Scottish rifles and John Albert Heys was a nurse in a mental hospital near Birmingham. I have been unable to find out what happened to Alice Ann or her daughter Annie

She was the daughter of Albert and Mary Crouch, prev from Sussex. Harold and Minnie were married in Sep 1909 in Croydon.They had 6 children. Harold J. b. Dec 1912, Ivy, b. Dec 1914, Dorothy M. b.Sep 1917, Eva b.Dec 1919, Joyce M. b.Dec 1921 & Elsie J. b.Dec 1926. It is Minnie's family that I am really trying to track.
