I would like to share information with anyone working on these families in Durham (Coxhoe, Sunniside). Robert Moore (b 1828) & wife Ann & daughter Ellen. John Brown b, abt 1846, parents possibly John and Penelope Brown. John Brown (Jr) m. Ellen Moore and emigrated to USA. I have census data but nothing else.

Please can you help? I am looking for any information on the field family in Coxhoe. William Field born 1800 in Dewsbury had 3 sons, William b1821, Francis b1823 and George. They moved to Coxhoe abt 1838 and started a brickworks near Cow Close. William the son died quite young in 1866 & there was an inquest. Francis later moved to Brandon Colliery & his wife was Harriet Carr. Very grateful for any infomation. Many Thanks.
