Searching for information about Rev George Philip Simpson b 1795, possibly Hackney London, m Frances Olive had three daughters, Mary, Frances, Margaret. Vicar of Corston 1843-1861. Chaplin to Lord Colchester. Died 1861. Brother of David James Simpson (Naval Officer) and Rev William West Simpson (went to Australia) nephew of Lt Col John Ward London.

My g/g/grandfather was the innkeeper of The Kings Arms at Corston on the 1881 census. His name was Robert Taplin, he was born in Milton, Somerset in 1822. He married Jane Howard, born East Brent, Somerset in 1824. Their children were, William, Oliver(my g/grandfather, Robert,Alfred,Walter and Ada.Looking for information on any of the family
