Higgs of Hambleden (Feb 06 Red)
My Grandfather Stephen Arthur Higgs was born in Hambleden between 1885-1888. Before the war he worked as a teamster on a farm, and after the war he worked in insurance and lived in Cookham Dean. If anyone knows anything about the Higgs of Hambledon I would be interested to know, as I don't know the first name of my great great grandfather or the maiden name of my great great grandmother.
