My Grandfather was STANLEY GORDON REED, And my Grandmother was MONICA LOUISA reed NEE HYDE. My Great Grandfathers were, JOHN SHOPLAND REED AND GEORGE HYDE, both lived in Caddington in the early years of the 1900's. George Hyde was the Headmaster of the school until 1932. My Great Grandmothers were, EMILY ANN REED nee GRAINGE and LOUISA HYDE nee PHILLIPS. I am actually trying to find out more about the REED family who moved to Gatehouse Farm, Caddington, from Highgate in London after 1901 and before 1914, but any information would be useful and welcome.

Any information on John Haggas Brigg appreciated, or family . B 1890 and living Caddington. Believe his parents were T and H Brigg of Woodside Farm, sold in 1914 to Abrahams, the Briggs moving north. John served in the Bedfordshire Yeomanry in WW1 -what became of him and his family ?
