My grgrandfather leftlimerick about 1860 to work in mythre tidfil he wed Ann Quirk 1869 they left to live in Newport Mon, They had 10 children Catherin Ryan was my nana. He died in 1912. We have no knowlege of the family, I amtrying to put family history together, for my grchildren, its only recently I knew John was from castleconnell. Thank you.

I'm interested in knowing if any one else is doing research into the McCormack family of Castleconnell. Many of the family migrated to Australia in the early 1850's.
