Looking for any information about the Jarvis family who lived in Buckingham at the 1911 Census. Henry Wilberforce (postman) born c 1875 in Souldern Oxfordshire, his wife May b c 1881 in Northants - Their children were Dorothy, Gertrude, Eva and Caleb (b1910). I would love to track back further. Any information gratefully recieved.

William Coiner Varney

Looking for info on William 'Coiner' Varney. He was held in Buckingham Gaol in Feb 1884 but escaped. He was re-captured and stood trial for making false moneys.
Does anyone know who he is? Who his family were or where he came from? There are a few Varney families in the area and i'd love to know who's he was.

I am looking for any info on my Gr grndparents. Family rumors tel me they met and married while working as a footman and cooks assistant in Buckingham palace in the late 1800's and had my grandfather William Henry Charles who later had the last name of Wiltshire? I know very little about my ancestors and would appreicate any help in tracing them. Thankyou Laura

I am trying to find info. on John Jarvis and Emma or possibly Eliza Robbins, who married in Buckingham in 1842. Both were aged 19 at this time and John was a soldier. John gave his father's name as Green on the cert. Was he illegitimate? Would welcome any help on this.
