Jellis/1750's-1820's/SpreadEagleInn
(Aug 07
Red)
Thomas B. Jellies came to US 1834. Parents were Joseph and Sarah (Baker) Jellis. Joseph's parents were Thomas and Mary Jellis of Buckden. Mary's will (1808) listed the children and Thomas B. (grandchild) specifically. Indicates connection with Spread Eagle Inn at Buckden. Any info on Inn or connections dearly appreciated. Jellies family from Thomas B. in US well documented, origins in Hunts. less so.
