green mail William Newby (Oct 09 Green)
I am looking for information on my great uncle Teddy. (William Newby) he was born in Upton upon Severn and settled in Bromsgrove. I don't believe he ever married. He was born in 1897 and died in 1986(I think) I would love to know where he lived and what type of work he did. I remember him very fondly but I know very little about him except he was one of my grandfather's brothers and my father kept in touch with him and visited him when possible.

Seeking information on any Baylis' of Bromsgrove, particularly John, a grocer, and wife Ann. May have been Ann nee Horton (or Ann nee Ladbury, cannot determine which). Believe their children to be John Horton Baylis (1809); George Baylis (1811); Benjamin Baylis (1813); Anne Baylis (1818); Sarah Baylis (1818); William Laughton Baylis (1820); and Samuel Baylis (1823). Some children baptised at St. John The Baptist Bromsgrove. I think youngest child Samuel was also known as John and moved to London. Any help much appreciated!
