Talbots of Brightwell (Sep 09 Green)
My husband's ancestor was Elizabeth Talbot who gives 'Britwell' as her place of birth on the census which I think is Brightwell, now Brightwell-cum-Sotwell. She gives her birth as abt 1795. She married Avery Green of Long Wittenham, Berks/Oxon borders. Would be grateful for any info on the Talbots. Thanks

Does ayone have any information on Benjamin Eggleton born abt 1818 in Brightwell, Berks??? He had a son called David but that's as much as I know.

WILKINS (Jan 08 Green)
John and Harriet Wilkins moved to Brightwell about 1900 from Harwell. They had children: Alice, William who married Juliette Gerin, John who married Florence Masters, Emily who married Joseph Harvett, Elizabeth who married Lionel Osbourne, Alfred who died 1974 and his twin Edward who died 1923. Would like to make contact with any descendants or anyone related to the Wilkins family originaly from Charney Bassett mid 1700's.
