Stephen READ and Susan were the parents of David Hills READ who was born about 1823 at Bridgham, Norfolk.
David was a draper at 1 Thayer Street, Marylebone, London in 1860 and later lived at Forest Gate, Essex. He m. Emma Knevit GARRARD at Brentford MDX in 1855.
