I am seeking any information on Louisa Buck, born 1825 Brentford,Essex,who married Thomas Meadows at St Dunstans, Stepney in 1844. Her father is listed as William Buck,a schoolmaster.

I'm looking for any information on the following who I've managed to track down in the 1881 Census Living at Tower Hill, Brentwood William Burls aged 32 - Domestic Groom - brn Brentwood Annie Burls (wife) aged 31 - brn Ongar Alfred J Taber aged 7 - Son - brn Brentwood Henry G Taber aged 9 - Son -brn Chelmsford I believe that Alfred & Henry may have moved north to Lancashire and changed their name to Brooks but am not sure when or why.

I'm looking for the parents of John Thompson, who was born in Childerditch, near Brentford about 1816. At the 1841 census he was an agricultural labourer living at Worely Common, Little Worley. His wife Mary Ann was born in West Horndon (or East Horndon) about 1820 and I would like to know her maiden name. I think they were married about 1840.

Seeking information concerning family history and connections of John Reuben Hayes, Soldier, born 1906 at Woolwich, London, died 1995 at Launceston, Cornwall, son of John Reuben Hayes, Soldier, born 1879 at Islington, London, and his wife Lily Hayes ( nee Jones ), who lived at Brentwood Circa 1930's. John and Lily also had a daughter who may have had children of her own. Any information relating to the family would be very much appreciated by their Grand-daughter.

I am looking for information on my descendant Ellis Love. Sent to Van Deiman's Land on the Equestrian 1844. Fathers name James, mother Elizabeth and sisters Abigail & Sarah. I believe Ellis's place of birth is Brentwood, Essex, Uk but I am having trouble tracking down any information on Ellis during his time in the UK. I also believe he was a butcher and was single, 23 years of age when he was sent to Australia. If any one has any information or could stear me in the right direction so I can continue my research, I would greatly appreciate it.

George Hughes m. Mary A. (possibly Thelfall) b.circa 1797 Ingrave. Their known issue: George b.circa 1832 married 1864 Mary Stanislaus Bolland, John T(homas) b.c. 1835 Fryerning, Charles A. b.circa 1839 Billericay married Frances Jane Machon. Family were most probably Roman Catholic and were also associated with Romford. Any information appreciated.

We have in our possession a Will of Robert Bell of Brentwood dated 1747. In this Will he mentions his 5 children - Lydia,John,Robert, Miriam and Tybald. Tybald must have passed away by this stage but his Grandson- Robert was mentioned.We are trying to make a connection between the Grandson Robert and an Abraham Bell m to Elizabeth who suddenly appeared in Kidderminster, Worcs.. Abraham was my husband's direct ancestor and we have all Abraham's descendants. Anyone researching this Bell family history - we are looking for the descendants of John & Robert - Miriam we know got married but do not know if she had any children. We are also prepared to share any info we have with genuine reseachers.
