Is anyone researching the WHITEHEAD family who lived in the area during 18thc?

red mail POTTER/SNOWBALL (Mar 08 Red)
Does anyone have any information on the Potter or Snowball families of Brafferton? Charles Potter, born in 1848, became a boot and shoemaker in the Helperby/Brafferton area. His brother Thomas lived next door to him, and had a daughter called Lily. Lily married the young apprentice to her Uncle Charles' shoemaking trade, one John G. Snowball, who's Grandfather had been a Master Shoemaker. Does anyone have any info. on boot and shoemakers in Brafferton around 1870>1900? Much appreciated.

red mail Greenbank (Oct 04 Red)
I am searching for any information about Agnes Greenbank who married William Dawson at Brafferton in 1833.

red mail Pratt/Neesom (Aug 04 Red)
Searching for any Pratt's or Neesom's in the Brafferton area. My Grand Uncle was born in Brafferton in 1859. His father was Richard Pratt and his Mother was Jane Neesom ( from Brafferton). John was their first born. The info came from the 1891 Census. I am compiling my family tree and would appreciate any information anyone may have. Incidently Jane Neesom and Richard Pratt were actually Married at St Saviours Church in York in september of 1858.
