red mail Where were these people living ? (Jul 05 Red)
Thomas Greaves and Elizabeth Walker were married at Marston Montgomery 8 October 1774 and their first child was baptised at St John The Baptist in 1775. Thomas jnr was baptised 27 Sept 1778. I cannot find any record of the parents' burials or Thomas Jnr's subsequent marriage to Elizabeth ?. Their first known child was baptised about 1809 at Mackworth. Any information as to the intervening years appreciated, or any information on the parents. Thomas jnr later became a master blacksmith - was he apprenticed?

green mail Patience ? B. Circa 1838, Boylestone (8/02-10/03 Green)
I'm looking for the maiden name of Patience Carrington, born around 1838 in Boylestone. She married William Carrington, of Sandy Brook near Ashbourne. They had a daughter Ellen Elizabeth who later bought Mount Pleasant Farm, Boylestone, with her husband, Arthur Silcock. Any information about the family would be gratefully received. Since first making this posting, I have come across circumstantial evidence to suggest that the surname was Moorcroft. Can anybody corroborate this?
