Seeking information on my Great Grandmother born Priscilla Frances in 1852 at Wick near Bristol. 1st. Marriage - a Farmer, William Matthews in 1872 at one of Lady Huntington's Chapels in Bath. She was 20yoa. and he 68yoa. 2nd. Marriage - a clicker in the shoe trade, Francis Dove in Bristol.He was a German who anglicized his name from Taube.(Taube=Dove). They had 3 children, Walter, Anne and Frank. Francis died in Newport, in 1882. 3rd. Marriage - a Quarryman,George Turner in Bristol 1890. She was now 38yoa. and he 35yoa. they had no known children. I would be most grateful for any snippets of info.

I am researching the life of my g-g-grandfather, Edward Colston Parry, b. 1842 in Bristol, U.K. to Joseph Colston Parry and Caroline Matilda Delatouche. He married Emma Cox and they had 6 children. The youngest was Gertrude H. Parry, born in 1887. She married Nelson Merritt. Edward left the family at some point and there is record of him marrying Helen Heley in Toronto in 1871. There is also reference to the birth of Sophie Colston Parry (in Toronto) with Amy Sophia Parry being her mother, and Edward Colston Parry as her father. Edward died in New York in 1925.

They (Jane and Edward) owned and operated the Swan Inn in Swineford. My g-grandmother's name was Emma Cox and she married my g-grandfather Edward Colston Parry I. My grandfather, Edward Colston Parry II was born in Bitton in December of 1868.

I am trying to find descendents/information about William Morgan (c1811) and his wife Hannah Morgan (c1811) who lived at Black Road Oldland in 1841. They had at least six children George(1883) Elizabeth who died in infancy and Samuel (1838) Martha (1841) Mary 1844 and David 1848. George moved to Dudley Port, Satffordshire and Samuel to Wales.
