Does any one have any information on John Frederick Gold born March 1875(Father William Gold born 1841 died 1892)who married Florence Alice Nickholds (born June 1877) on 28th June 1908.They lived in Cardiff Street Wolverhampton Had one daughter called Alice May born on the 20th Dec 1915.Florence died in jan /feb 1922 aged 44.Nothing is known after that about what happened to John Frederick Gold.Any information on John or the Gold family in Wolverhampton would be appreciated.

Seeking any info or leads about Edmund CLUETT born 1858 Brewood. Is on the 1861 and 71' census' but nothing further in GRO, census, etc. One possible Edmund Cluett sails to USA with 'Sarah' on SS Alaska, Liverpool to arrive New York Dec 18, 1882 - cannot trace beyond. Help!!!!

My grandfather worked as an Engine Turner of Bilston Road, Willenhall in 1910. I would be interested to know something about where he may have worked. Has anyone any suitable information please. Also my grandmother lived at Criterion Works House, Bilston Road 1910. I believe she was learning midwifery then. Anyone know anything about Criterion Works. Could it have been where people worked and maybe my grandfather.

I'm searching for info on Daniel Walters b approx 1878,married Louisa Broadhurst b 1879 in 1899 at Ettingshall. They lived in Cockshutt Lane W,ton till at least 1922 where my father John(Jack)Walters was born in that year, also in 1910 a Nellie was born.They moved to Ettingshall where they lived in Frost St up until about 1954. They had approx 16 children some of them were named Daniel,Alfred Frank,Arthur,Jack,Carrie,Nellie and May. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

Looking for descendants of Charles Edward Lewis and Elizabeth Rowley who married in Wolverhampton in 1900. They had at least 3 sons: Charles Rowley Lewis, born about 1903, and Howard and Sidney Lewis who were born in 1904, all in Wolverhampton. When the 1900 census was taken they lived at 56 Jameson St. and in 1911 were enumerated at 7 Edward Street in Wolverhampton. Elizabeth Rowley Lewis was born in January of 1872, the daughter of John Rowley and Ann Fox of Wolverhampton. Charles Edward Lewis was born about 1874 in Wolverhampton.
