Andrew & Mary Weston High St Bewdley
(Nov 08 Green)
I would be pleased to receive any information regarding the family of Andrew & Mary Weston who lived in various properties at High St Bewdley/Ribbesford in the 1800s and are buried in Ribbesford Church Yard. They had 7 sons and one daughter Lucy (postmistress). I have traced One son (John) my direct decendant to Townsend Kingswinford and another son (Thomas b1826) had two sons (Thomas Eagles and Arthur EA)Ihave found Thomas on the 1881 cencus and Arthur on the 1901 cencus but nothing after that. As far as I can find out the other children never married and are buried at Ribbesford. Any information would be appreciated especially Thomas Eagles Weston b1860 and Arthur EA Weston b1871 at Stanford on Teme Worcestershire. Ken

George Farmer & Elizabeth Boughton
(Nov 05
Red)
George Farmer was born Bewdley c1813 and his wife in Ombersley about the same time. He was a joiner/ carpenter and she a milliner. They lived in Load Street. They had children George Edward b1837, Samuel c1838(who ended up married with serveral children living in Islington), Joseph c1840 (an apprentice draper who ended up a travelling salesman), Fanny or Frances b1848 (born in West Bromwich and became a school teacher/governess) and Henry b1850(also a joiner who ended up married with children and living in Sheffield as a carpet department manager). My specific interest is in George Edward, my maternal g.g'father who made his mark in Longton and later Liverpool as a businessman and local dignitory. His father is believed to have remarried c1880. any links or info on the above or their antecedants would be welcome. I have more information too much for this space
