green mail William Wray b1811 (Aug 09 Green)
My ggg grandfather William Wray was an affluent fruit merchant in Leeds but the family home was Hobberley House in Barwick in Elmet. I have some photographs of the house but wondered if anybody had any links to the Wray's. William married twice and had a large family, although I cannot trace a record of his second marriage to Elizabeth (surname believed to be Williamson). He died in 1883 and I have a copy of his will. Would be pleased to share info with any other family members.
