I am looking for information on John Haigh who was a Darton councillor ca 1920. He had an illegitimate daughter in 1919 by Annie Woodcock. This baby was my mother. I have a photograph of my mother's father but do not know if it is John Haigh or John Woodcock, Annie's husband. Is there a Haigh/Barnsley researcher out there that can help?

LOOKING FOR info on the evers family, was on the electoral register around 1960 in wharncliffe st barnsley.Edith,Thomas,and margaret evers,Thomas and Edith had two children Joyce born 1930 and Philip born 1931, Joyce was married to a roy hirst in 1955 and Philip was married to flora bridgewater in 1958. Any info on a Peter Berry who married Annie Mills, had a son also called Peter my father b:1913 and a daughter Beatrice, they lived on Well Hill Lane in Royston Barnsley, at my fathers birth, at some point my father moved to Pontefract whether as a family or on his own I don't know.
