Casbolt of Balsham (Jun 08 Red)
The IGI transcriptions of the Balsham parish records for 1558 - 1876 list 82 christenings and 31 marriages for persons with the surname Casbolt, or variations on the spelling. I believe that I have put most of these into a couple of logical family trees, although, of course, it is possible that my guesses are incorrect. If anyone is interested in this information, please contact me. I am interested in any other information that anyone has for Casbolts in Balsham.

Seeking information regarding Isaac Norton born 8th July 1753 at Balsham, married at Burwell on 21st April 1778 to Mary Chapman. I believe that Isaac's parents were John Norden or Norton and Sarah Free. Any information would be gratefully received.

Martin Humfrey first appears in Balsham in 1609 marrying Agnes Burton. They baptised 4 children here including my ancestor Lettice, and both were buried here. Am seeking both Martin and Agnes's baptisms.

MORLEY George (c1610-1661) (Nov 04 Red)
Am seeking the baptism details of George Morley who married Lettice HUMFREY in Balsham in 1633. they baptised 10 childen here and were buried here. Also looking for the marriage of their son George (1649-1717) to some-one called Sarah. After their marriage, this couple lived out their lives in Dullingham.
