I understand that my great grandparents lived in Ashen around 1850, any information connected with the name Hickford or Fox would be very interesting.

Looking for Allen/Aylen relatives particularly those of Joseph Aylen born 1785 in Ridgewell, and died 1858, buried in Ashen Churchyard. I believe he was married at least three times. He was my 4x great grandfather.

I'm searching for information about the MARTIN family from Ashen. I've traced most of the ancestors back to John & Elizabeth (nee Underwood)but they all fail to appear on the 1861 census. (they do appear on 1851) I'm curious. Any other info would be welcome.
