I am trying to find out about George Ansell born 1851 in Ampthill. He married Elizabeth Taylor 03 Sept 1872. His father is named as George Reed on his marriage certificate. I believe his mother is Rachel Ansell unmarried, but I cannot confirm this yet.I would be grateful if anyone could throw any light on this. Thanks

red mail frederick/louisa heathfield (Feb 07 Red)
Frederick born bucks about 1826 and Louisa born 1828 near Amphill married in POTTERSPURY BUCKS in 1848. By 1861 Louisa and several children william,frederick, sarah, eli,john were in the Amphill workhouse and there is no record of what happpened to Frederick. Louisa died there about 1870 the children seemed to have left the workhouse as adults and moved on. Can anyone provide information about the above family especially Fredericks family and what happened to him. Eli was my greatgrandfather and moved to manchester marrying a Ann Brennan from wolverhampton.
