green mail James Eaton Wilcox Killed at Fricourt July 1916 (Aug 10 Green)
Researching family of James Eaton Wilcox of the 20th Battalion, 5th City of Manchester Regiment, killed on 1 July 1916 at Fricourt in France and buried at King George's Hill. There is an M.I. in the parish church of Hale near Altrincham Cheshire but I can find no records of his background or family - can anyone help?

I am looking for information regarding the Nall family from Altrincham (originated from Staffordshire). George Nall was born in 1860 in Poplar, London, he lived with his Aunt Elizabeth at 1 Regent Road / Chapel Road Altrincham who owned a grocers shop for a number of years. George married Jane Hughes in 1880 who's father ran The Old Roe Buck pub on Victoria Street, Altrincham. George was a master joiner who lived at various address including Stamford Road and Mill Street Altrincham. Any information would be much appreciated.
