Martha Perry
(Jul 07
Red)
I wonder if this name appears on any lister's file.
She was born about 1770 and was subject to a Bastardy Examination 1789-Aldham. On 5th. Sept Martha Perry claimed on oath that she was 18 weeks with child who would be born bastard chargeable to the parish. She subsequently had a son Thomas born 24 Jan 1790 and bapt. 24 Feb 1790 at Aldham. He married a Lucy Peeling.
Martha had another son William Robertson Perry born 27 June 1792 bapt 1 July 1792.
I would like to know Martha's parents.
Many thanks,
Ron
