I am searching for an ancester, William West, said to be of Alcester, Warwickshire, who may have married Ann Fones, some time before 1727, when a son, also William was born. A grandson John West was born about 1745 at Mancetter, Warcs. John may have married Elizabeth Davis (at that time a widow) at St.Philip's Church, Birmingham,in about 1770, and had eleven children baptised at that church. I shall be very grateful about any origins of this family.

red mail PALMER FAMILY (Jan 07 Red)
I am trying to trace relations of William & Elizabeth Palmer of Alcester Lodge Farm circa 1876. William and Elizabeth were my ggrandparents and my grandfather Henry Palmer was born at Alcester Lodge Farm on 14/8/1876. Other children of William and Elizabeth were: Herbert William, Elsie J, Kate. I am interested to know any Palmer family in the Alcester area that may be descendants from the same family. My grandfather moved to Birmingham in 1900 for work and eventually up to the North West of England where my father and his brothers and sisters were born.
