Seeking any info on Alexander Robertson who qualified as Master Mariner in Aberdeen 1857 Certificate No:17246,have no knowledge of the date and place of his birth/marriage .He had a son Joseph(date& place of birth unknown)who married Ellen Elizabeth Waters 1857 in England and they lived in Glasgow and had 6 children,Joseph later also qualified as a Master Mariner.there is the possibility that Alexander had other children... grateful for any help.
Searching for information on parents of Phanuel Duncan born Benholm Kincardine 1792 died Drimmies 1877 father named John mother believed to be Jean Murray.Phanuel married Susan Graham in 1820 at St Cyrus,Kincardine and they had 12 children some of whom did not survive to adulthood ,their last born Christina b1841 died in Aberdeen 1912.
