Carr - Thomas and Ellen (Eleanor)
1861 census shows Thomas and Eleanor Carr living in Cramlington with 5 daughters all born in different places. Rachael born 1847 in Scotland, Mary Ann 1850 Preston Brook Cheshire, Elizabeth 1852 Chipping Campden Gloucestershire, Elenor 1855 Killeryforst Yorkshire, Sarah 1861 Hartley Northumberland. Both wife and daughter Eleanor appear as Ellen on other censuses. The youngest girl Sarah Ann was my great grandmother. She married George Murray Turner and had 10 children. Spent her married life in Amble Notrhumberland. Grateful for any information about her parents and sisters, particularly maiden name for mother Ellen (Eleanor).
