Hello i am searching my husbands family and have managed to get back to James Eccles Born 1811 approx in Goosnargh. His father was Peter Eccles i know this as i have james's wedding cert here. He married Agness Cottam on the 14th September 1841 in Alston Lane Chapel. Please can anybody help me further Thank you

Clara Eccles of Over Darwen, Lancashire - Lancashire (County, LAN, Lancs, England), Lancashire
I am trying to solve a mystery about Clara Eccles (born 14 Nov 1877) to John Thomas Eccles and Elizabeth Ann Eccles (nee Knowles) of Sudellside St, Over Darwen. In the 1881 Census, Clara appears as "Clara Nightingale" aged 3, living with William and Eleanor Nightingale (nee Bury) in Rock Villa, Bury Fold Lane, Over Darwen. In 1991 she is still with the Nightingales, but then called by her real name, Clara Eccles, age 13. Does anyone know what happened to her parents so soon after her birth? And what link did she have with the Nightingales?

Don't have much to go on but am looking for the family of Simon Lister, Colne. In the early 1900's we believe he was the true father of Kenneth William Eccles.Wanting to find info for my husband, son of Kenneth, as Simon Lister would have been his true grandfather. Kenneth was brought up by his aunt as one of her own along with 13 other Eccles children. He passed away in 1990.Any info appreciated

Robert Eccles born 1911 - Colne, Lancashire
We are looking for family members related to Robert Eccles 95 Albert Road Colne. We believe he had a son and daughter the daughters name being Christine. We have Robert's birth certificate and a few bits of info about him. Robert is my husband's father. We have 4 children and would like them to know about about their grandfather as he died 14 years before our fist daughter was born. we are compiling a family tree for them. We have a few photo's of Robert. But would really love to hear from relations that we know nothing about.
