Can amyone help me find out more about my great great grandmothers family please?
Her name was Mary Ann Easterbrook and she was born, I believe, in Devonport, although by 1841 both Mary Ann and her sister Emma were living in Portsea Hampshire. When she married in 1844 to Richard Denbow in Hampshire, she gave her fathers name as John Easterbrook and his profession as builder. I have found an Easterbrook family in Rowe Street Plymouth in 1851, but this is Wm Easterbrook, not John, he is listed as a bricklayer. aged 57, born Exbourn, and his wife is Ann,58, born Plymouth, a daughter Charlotte 21 and son John 15, an Errand Boy. Both chilldren born Devonport. This could be her family but I am not sure. Are there any Easterbrooks who might know more about this family please?

During the war, my mum was evacuated to Devon where she stayed with Mary Easterbrook nee Cumings. Mary had a son called Syd who was a professional golfer. Can anyone give me further information on this family?

Easterbrook and Elliott - Clerkenwell, Middlesex
I have a marriage certificate for Thomas Easterbrook b1820 married 10/Jan/1841 Ann Sophia Elliott b1824. I think it says The Parish Church, St James, Clerkenwell. Ann's address is Vine St, I cannot make out Thomas's address. Thomas's father is probably Thomas and Ann's John or Joseph (not very clear).
Does anyone know of church records where I can get more information? Is it practical to try and look them up in the 1941 census?
(I have located the couple in the 1871 census in Kent so have details of their children).
