They had Angus cameron b. 1820, Donald cameron b. 1822, Donald cameron b. 1825, Andrew cameron b. 1825, Ann cameron b. 6 Jul 1826, Duncan cameron b. 11 Sep 1828, Alexander cameron b. 16 Mar 1831, John cameron b. 13 May 1833, James cameron b. 22 Nov 1835, John cameron b. 22 Dec 1838, Thomas Davidson cameron b. 9 Dec 1840, and Ewen cameron b. 1844. All were born in Banavie. Can anyone provide information on either John cameron or Janet STODDART's ancestory or decendants?

Looking for pre- 1871 info on Donald cameron born Scotland 1818 - 1822. Moved to London before 1858. No record in 1841 Scotland census. In 1861 lived Paddington, employed as Hammerman (Blacksmith) with GWR. Married to Mary Kerr (MARRIED 1858 in Paddington) , born 1821-26 in Scotland, working as a laundress. Children Mary (born 1857), Robert (born 1860) and Alexander (born 1864) + Paulina (born 1874) a scholar. Donald died (aged 69) in 1888 - death registered Chelsea Q1 1888.

I am researching my cameron ancestors and have found a marriage of a Tom Finlayson cameron to Joan Champernowne Mary Denny in Chelsea, London, in 1916. I have found Tom born in 1884 in Moreton, Dorset. He died in 1918 during WW1. I would be grateful to hear from anyone who has any information on the camerons.

Janet's parents were James Lawrie and Margaret Lochore from Darvel and Edward John Craig or cameron born about 1877. Edward died 1948 in Royal Infirmary, Greenock. Isabella cameron born c.1805, Glasgow - Glasgow, Lanarkshire
My GG Grandma Isabella cameron was born in Glasgow c. 1805 but I have been unable to find a definite match for her birth and don't know the names of her parents, other than her mother's first name which was also Isabella. Isabella junior married Thomas Aitchison at the Gorbals, Glasgow in 1824. They spent most of their married life in Dunfries. If any of this sounds familiar please get in touch.

Euphaemia cameron nee McKinnon and John cameron (born Scotland but married in Tyneside) were at Chatham Dockyard in 1871 census. A John cameron died in Sunderland in 1871 in Union St. He was a tailor at the time of his death - but a shipyard worker earlier in life. Trying to find any relations and where in Scotland he might have come from.

I am looking for Euphemia cameron who was born in Inverness on 15th november, 1837. Her parents were John cameron and Margaret McKenzie. She migrated to Victoria, Australia aboard the "Frederick" in april, 1855 at 18 years of age. She married my great grandfather Joseph Little in Geelong, Melbourne in 1862.

Am researching John cameron of Oban, Pte 300912 Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders who died of wounds received in October 1918 in France. He had been awarded the Military Medal in August of that year. I would very much like to try and find a photograph of him if possible.

Am researching cameron ancestors and would like more information on the Warwickshire family. 1901 census has James b. 1831, Scotland, Army Pensioner, Ada b. 1854 Edinburgh (his sister?), on own means, Elizabeth b. 1859 Aldershot (his wife?), Robert b. Leamington 1892, May b. 1899 Leamington. They are all listed as living in Leamington Priors (I haven't been able to see the actual census info). Also listed is another Robert cameron b. 1892 in London, but living in Alcester, Warwickshire, with no other camerons shown living here, so perhaps this is a school? I am trying to find a Robert cameron who died in WW1 who came from a Catholic family background. Any help grateful received.

Donald Dewar cameron was born at 236 Dunbarton Road, Glasgow on the 15 August 1883. He married Grace Valerie Noble on the 23 October 1919 in Glasgow. They had a son called Archibald cameron born about 1920. Donald cameron died on the 14 March 1925 at 40 St. Vincent Crescent, Glasgow.

I'm looking for information re my grandfather, Alexander Anthony cameron,also known as 'The Mighty Mucomir'. He was born around 1875 at Dochanassie,Spean Bridge and married my grandmother, Peggy MacNeil 1919/1920.
He was a Highland Games champion from 1900-1915.
His mother was a MacMillan from Corpach or Caol.His father was Archibald cameron. He died in 1951 and is buried in Kilmonivaig churchyard

My G.G.Grandfather was John cameron, who was born in Strontian. He went to Carsphairn, and then to Leadhills. He marrried Harriet Sharp in1845. They had threesons John, Adam and Allan. Harriet also had two illegitimate children, Susan Sharp and John Edgar. Any info. would be great.
